Something a little bit eerier this week. A lone, ghostly figure walking towards the camera. No this isn't one of the many Cambridge ghosts which are supposed to inhabit the city (at least I don't think it is)!
*On a separate note, for anyone who wants to see a different side to the city can I recommend spending a couple of hours on one of the many Cambridge Ghost Tours. I'm never quite sure how much is "fact" and how much is fiction but they are always great for building atmosphere and seeing the "dark side" of the city. For added effect try going on one on Halloween night!
Back to the image and no, this isn't a ghost. Instead, this is a fairly standard image taken on Queens Lane in the centre of the city on a sunny Saturday afternoon. It was a fairly unexciting image — until I played about with the monochrome filters on Adobe Lightroom and turned it into a more spooky image, portraying a lone, emotionless and featureless figure standing, watching in the distance....
