If there is a single shot which epitomises the city of Cambridge it is probably this one. The view across a small stream and then the River Cam in the distance and finally the magnificent outline of Kings College and the imposing chapel rising against the sky. This particular image was taken early on a freezing winters morning with a gorgeous clear sky and frost still adorning and shimmering on the grass.
The photo was processed using Lightroom and converted to a stylised monochrome with an up to the clarity settings to create a metallic feel to the image.
This is my ninth blog entry to my new Cambridgebyphoto blog and I would love to know what everyones thoughts are. Do you like it, do you hate it, care or don't care - let me know. Drop me an email or post on my Twitter or Facebook pages. All comments, ideas and advice greatly appreciated!
