I was going to start this weeks entry with some deep and meaningful statement about how this weeks chosen view of Cambridge had an almost biblical feel to it - the way the early morning light seems to hang in a perfect and mystical circle over the River Cam. I'm not going to do that!
Instead I'm simply going to offer myself a rare moment of congratulation for managing to capture the perfect moment the sunlight made its daily appearance through the trees, lighting up the very cold winters morning and providing an amazing sight.
Believe it or I haven't altered anything in this shot - what you is what came out the camera - except.... for a very crop at the foot of the image where there was some leaves in the water. Apart from that it is liteally what I saw that morning.
Taken with a Canon 70D DSLR Camera and EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM Lens.
